1. Provider and scope
Vanthis is provided by:
Tony DangAuenstraße 37
80469 Munich
Germany
tonycliffcore@gmail.com
These terms apply to the Vanthis website, application and connected agent access made available as part of the closed beta. Separate terms from Google, Clerk, an agent host or another external service continue to apply to your use of those services.
2. Eligibility and beta access
The current service is a free, invite-only closed beta intended for business users aged 18 or older. An invitation, account or Google sign-in does not by itself grant access to a particular Workspace. Workspace membership and permissions remain separate.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share an account or use another person's identity.
3. The beta service
Vanthis provides a visual workspace for sales and marketing workflows. A workflow saved in Vanthis is called a Motion. The beta can change as we test and improve the product. Features may be incomplete, unavailable or removed, and maintenance may interrupt access.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular service level or that the beta will become a paid or generally available product. We will take reasonable care in operating the service and communicating material changes.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in content that you submit to Vanthis. You grant us a non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service for you and your authorized collaborators.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the content, personal data and source links you add. External systems remain authoritative for work performed there. A link, Resource or agent connection does not prove that Vanthis or an agent can access or act in that external system.
You remain responsible for reviewing consequential actions and outputs. Agent-generated suggestions and change sets are proposals. They do not change authored Motion content until an authorized user explicitly approves the exact proposal through the supported review flow.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- access or attempt to access accounts, Workspaces or data without authorization;
- upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights;
- use Vanthis to distribute malware, phishing, spam or deceptive material;
- interfere with the service, bypass security controls, probe vulnerabilities without permission or place unreasonable load on the service;
- use another user's credentials or misrepresent your identity, authority or approval;
- use the beta in a way that violates applicable law.
6. Vanthis rights
Vanthis, its software, design, brand, documentation and other provider materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials. You may use the service only for the purposes allowed by these terms and the beta access granted to you.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the beta at any time and request account or personal-data deletion by contacting tonycliffcore@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, material breach of these terms or the end of the beta.
Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be necessary for security, unlawful conduct or harm to other users. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and liability is limited to damage that was foreseeable and typical when the agreement was formed.
Mandatory consumer rights and liability under the German Product Liability Act remain unaffected. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important content and for independently checking decisions or actions that depend on external systems, agents or beta outputs.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the beta, security requirements or applicable law. We will publish the current version here and update the effective date. Material changes for registered users will receive appropriate notice.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of the law of the country where you habitually reside. Any court agreement applies only where permitted by law.
These terms describe the current free closed beta. They are a project draft and should receive legal review before broader commercial use.
